Textum does not run on an 'issue by issue' basis but is an ongoing Blogzine with stories and articles published as and when they are submitted.
Fiction.
Currently looking for short stories no longer than 3,000 words.
Book reviews.
Strongly desired whether the titles are old or new. No word limit within reason. If you become a regular reviewer the magazine will provide proof copies of pre-chosen titles for review.
Literary Criticism.
No longer than 2,500 words. Write about your favourite author, a selection of books, a literary circle or genre.
Writers on Writing.
Authors both published and unpublished tell us what writing means to them, their reasons for writing and their rituals. All writers are welcome to submit to this section. Recount your experiences, tell your tale.

Occasionally poetry is accepted if it is considered outstanding. There are many specialist poetry magazines so Textum prefers to concentrate on prose pieces, but does not eliminate poetry altogether.
Payment. We are a non-profit blog-zine.
